Project Overview
- Design to convert very old Pole House residential home first floor into office interiors with play of natural light and pattern-rich material palette.
- Existing space had severe seepage and termite issues; already transformed once from residence into a warehouse for FMCG products (Mukhvas and Gruh Udhyog items).
- Our intervention converted this ill-conditioned warehouse into a pattern-rich office interior setup.
- Client’s requirement: minimalistic layout with unobstructed views and visual connectivity across spaces (CEO cabin, staff area, vestibule, meeting room).
- Total area detailed: about 1000 SFT with simple yet elegant palette of wood grains, concrete textures, and glass.
- Fully customized interiors designed as per Vaastu principles, maximizing natural light and external views.
