- Located in a prime 4-storey commercial building in the heart of Ahmedabad city.
- Total area: 11,000 SFT including 3 floors, a double-height central void, and a partial basement.
- North façade with full structural glazing brought in abundance of daylight.
- Required extensive services management and partial façade face-lifting in addition to fresh interiors.
- Foyer designed as the focal point, acting as a classy and inviting pause before entering diagnostic and healthcare services.
- Central double-height void reworked by creating additional floor space on the first floor to meet growing functional needs.
- Phase-wise execution planned with separate material finishes boards prepared for each space.
