The client approached us with great expectations for layouts and award-winning interiors.
However, the space lacked some basic functional zones like a dining space and a proper solution for vertical circulation.
A spiral staircase was introduced, which saved floor area while adding an elegant design feature.
The interiors were developed around a Minimalistic theme with nature-inspired colour palettes for each room.
Wooden finishes with visible grains were used as highlight materials across multiple spaces.
The entrance was accentuated with a wooden ceiling, panelling, and a compact shoe cabinet.
On the upper floor, the heritage deck featured a rustic brick look, a canopy-inspired lighting element, and a bar unit with high chairs.
The living room was extended by incorporating the balcony area after shifting the sliding window by 4 feet.
